Job summary

STI in Salem, OR is seeking a Business Analyst IV for a 6+ month contract. The role is hybrid with mostly remote work, requiring on-site meetings within 30 miles of Salem.

You will support RFP development, vendor evaluation, SaaS implementation, testing, training, and project coordination to ensure alignment with milestones and goals. The position emphasizes documentation, stakeholder collaboration, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Support development of RFP and scoring criteria.
• Define vendor evaluation criteria (technical, functional, cost).
• Compare vendor offerings for functionality, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Document findings and provide recommendations.
• Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Coordinate activities with PM to ensure milestones and goals.
• Draft meeting minutes, agendas, and track action items.
• Facilitate meetings as needed.
• Support configuration of SaaS solutions and document configurations.
• Develop use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.
• Support sprint sessions and releases; validate RTM against sprints.
• Define and execute test plans, scenarios, and cases.
• Conduct UAT and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity during migration processes.
• Prepare and maintain project and training documentation.
• Provide support for other projects as required.

• Support development of RFP and scoring criteria

Project Coordination

• Assist in maintaining project plans, schedules, and timelines
