Job summary

The Standard is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to partner with business and technology teams to improve processes, systems, and data solutions that support organizational goals. This role gathers requirements, supports system enhancements, develops reports and analytics, coordinates testing, and ensures solutions meet business needs.

Salary ranges $76,250-$129,750 with a path to BSA III or IV based on experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
4+ years of experience for BSA III; 8+ years for BSA IV in business analysis or related financial services.
Experience gathering requirements and delivering tech-based solutions.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, SQL Server, TOAD, VBA, Agile/Lean/SDLC, GIS/XML/HTML.
Experience with data, reporting, and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Analyze business processes and system needs to identify solutions and improvement opportunities.
Gather, document, and validate business and system requirements.
Support system implementations, enhancements, configurations, and automations.
Develop reports, dashboards, and data insights to support decision-making.
Coordinate testing, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders and vendors to resolve system challenges.
