The role spans basic to complex business requirements across projects, with responsibilities for data validation, documentation, and cross-team collaboration to drive system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (R)
• Experience in healthcare (D)
• Knowledge of healthcare management information systems (D)
• Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues (R)
• Knowledge of healthcare analytics and standard reporting measures (D)
• Project management knowledge (R)

Responsibilities

• Project and task management for varying project sizes.
• Troubleshoot production system issues and coordinate escalation as needed.
• Process improvement and documentation of requirements and specifications.
• Follow Project Life Cycle, coding standards, and change control policies.
• Create basic to moderate SQL reports to support business processes.
• Mentor staff as needed on IT or healthcare topics.
• Prepare source-to-target data mapping documentation.
