• Experience with business applications or platforms and technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across operations, client service, and technology teams.
• Document business processes, workflows, and system specifications in a clear, structured, auditable format.
• Maintain and update process documentation and SOPs to reflect current-state workflows and evolving business needs.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology and development teams.
