Job summary

Tier4 Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support large projects across investigations, quality management, operations, and legal units. The role focuses on modernizing applications, documenting requirements, and coordinating between business teams and IT.

You will participate in design sessions, perform gap analyses, and ensure testing and implementation plans are executed effectively within a government/healthcare context and complex stakeholder environment.

Qualifications

• Four years of IT or related experience in business analysis.
• Experience gathering requirements from business teams and documenting them clearly.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and SDLC processes.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and basic SQL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design sessions to prototype new systems and major enhancements to improve processes.
• Prepare gap analyses, analyze requirements, and write specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and functional requirements.
• Act as liaison between business users and IT to gather, elicit, and document requirements.
• Identify risks, scope creep, and escape issues to the project team.
• Support testing plans and criteria; ensure quality and completeness of deployments.
• Assist with integration, regression, and user acceptance testing as needed.
• Prepare implementation plans, user training guides, and documentation.
• Contribute to vendor evaluations of potential platforms against documented requirements.
