The role partners with developers, testers, and business stakeholders to translate complex needs into actionable plans and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
You will mentor junior analysts, lead or contribute to team presentations, and support large cloud IT projects within the CMS AWS Cloud migration
Qualifications
- 8 years of IT business analysis experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field or 4 years of related work experience.
Responsibilities
- Defines customer needs in technical and business contexts and ensures solutions meet objectives.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for one or more business lines; mentor less experienced analysts.
- Guide planning and prioritization of BA activities for large, high-visibility projects.
- Provide guidance to less experienced staff to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
- Elicit and document user requirements to meet business objectives and validate feasibility.
- Support large cloud IT projects and contribute to data governance and compliance efforts.
