Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing test scripts, execute test plans, and maintain test cases.
• Collaborate with internal departments, external customers, and leadership for cross-functional consensus.
• Conduct training of new procedures, system modifications and releases on request.
• Configure systems using logic statements and devise solutions to problems and opportunities.
• Create enterprise system requirement and technical specification documents for training and delivery.
• Perform root-cause analysis and audits to identify process improvements and system requirements.
• Prepare reports by analyzing trends to recommend system changes.
• Provide detailed documentation of system errors and resolutions.
