You will act as Product Owner, drive requirement sessions, and guide work through the SDLC while validating solutions against business objectives. Candidates should have hands-on experience in Agile environments, stakeholder management, and Azure DevOps or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1 year - Leading requirements development efforts required.
• 3 years - Experience in Information Technology and systems analysis.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues for a specific business group.
• Direct business process improvement projects to improve results.
• Identify and document system constraints and implications of changes.
• Lead requirements analysis and verification to ensure completeness, consistency, traceability, feasibility, and verifiability.
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure project outcomes satisfy requirements.
• Proactively identify opportunities for improved requirements gathering and translation.
• May serve as project lead or technical lead for small to medium efforts or manage phases of larger efforts.
