Ideal candidate has extensive BA experience, can work with minimal supervision, and guide junior staff while ensuring solutions align with the enterprise architecture and business goals.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with financial applications or financial domains.
• Proficient with JIRA and Microsoft Visio.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and analyze business needs, gather requirements, define project scope and objectives.
• Recommend solutions and process improvements through new or existing technology.
• Translate requirements into application requirements and support execution.
• Engage client teams, explain initiatives clearly, address concerns.
• Estimate costs and prepare project plans for prioritization and resource allocation.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation; support operation and development.
• Coach and review lower-level professionals.
