Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Business Systems Analysts on projects of varying size.
• Present and recommend strategies to senior management and executives.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Establish effective relationships with business units, portfolio and project managers.
• Oversee resource management and people development within the team.
