Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• 2+ years of QA/testing experience including test case preparation and UAT/SIT support.
• Experience facilitating JAD sessions and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Troy, Michigan.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Perform process analysis and coordinate with business and technical stakeholders.
• Facilitate JAD and requirements sessions.
• Prepare test cases and execute functional testing.
