Job summary
Motus Recruiting and Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Vancouver, Washington.
The role focuses on analyzing business systems, gathering requirements, and collaborating with IT teams to deliver technology projects for Operations. You will lead workshops, validate requirements, document current and future state processes, and support the IT lifecycle from analysis through implementation and change management.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience with an applicable Associate’s degree.
- 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- 12 years of experience without a degree.
- Advanced knowledge of Visio and flowchart tools.
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Experience with requirements management tools.
- Experience across full lifecycle IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in requirements development and elicitation.
- Conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements.
- Analyze and model information for requirements.
- Document current and future state processes (functional/technical).
- Facilitate design sessions and stakeholder engagement.
- Support IT Systems Development Lifecycle activities.
- Prepare functional and technical documentation for IT hand-off.
- Provide first-line support and create user manuals.
