SIDRAM TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst for a contract engagement with the Oregon Department of Justice. This role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, and documentation to support large-scale modernization efforts.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in IT/business analysis, government client experience, and ability to translate complex concepts for business leaders. Local Oregon candidates only; primarily remote with occasional on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

15+ years of IT/Business Analysis experience.
State government client experience mandatory.
Local Oregon candidate requirement.
Strong BA and requirements gathering skills.
Experience with large-scale modernization/enterprise initiatives.
Elicitation through interviews, workshops, documents, and research.
Current-state to future-state process mapping.
User stories, business rules, and functional requirements.
Requirements traceability and documentation.
UAT test planning, testing and validation.
SOPs and system documentation.
Training materials and implementation support.
Workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
Project/change management experience.
Knowledge of relational or cloud-based data platforms.
Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Knowledge of data governance/privacy/security.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze and translate stakeholder needs into actionable business requirements.
Develop process diagrams, user stories, business rules and functional documentation.
Create and maintain current-state/future-state process maps and SOPs.
Prepare UAT test cases, document results and coordinate issue resolution.
Support implementation, training and change-management activities.
Collaborate with program teams, senior analysts, technical teams and vendors.
Support modernization initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.
