Job summary

ETS is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business units and IT, translating requirements into actionable specifications. You will participate in proposal scoping, cost reviews, and technical responses to meet client needs.

This role emphasizes requirements gathering, system documentation, and ensuring solutions align with corporate objectives. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in software development life cycle, testing practices, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Processing, or business-related curricula, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in defining/developing software products and/or managing software development efforts.
• Experience with software testing standards, practices, methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate communication between IT, SBUs and clients.
• Participate in software development groups and teams in requirements gathering, analysis, design, risk mitigation, and transition of applications into production.
• Gather and document business requirements and functional/detail requirements.
• Translate business requirements to functional and technical specifications.
• Function as liaison between business areas and technical staff.
• Develop scope of work to satisfy business goals and requirements.
• Provide detailed review and documentation of costs for proposed solutions.
• Work with system developers, test teams, process managers, and end users to ensure delivery per schedule and required functionality.
