TruStage is seeking an experienced professional to provide expert-level support in development, installation, and maintenance of business systems solutions. You will lead initiatives, mentor staff, and deliver architecture design and leadership across multiple concurrent projects.

The role emphasizes translating business requirements into technical specifications, guiding teams, and driving continuous improvement in IT and business solutions across platforms.

Qualifications

• BS in MIS or CS or equivalent
• Experience in business systems consulting or related roles with progressive responsibilities
• Proficient in modern development lifecycle and cloud technologies

Responsibilities

• Independently perform expert-level analysis and design translating business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
• Guide development of multiple concurrent business systems solutions from conceptualization through stabilization
• Develop, test, implement, document and maintain high quality business systems solutions across platforms
• Educate and collaborate with management, development teams, IT Infrastructure and clients to influence solution delivery and architecture
• Share knowledge in development best practices and industry trends, drive change within IT units
• Own and respond to customer requests, perform root cause analysis and support problem resolution
