You will represent business activity in IT projects, analyze processes, document requirements, and lead teams to design, test, and implement systems that support daily operations and reporting.

• Gather and document business requirements and define functional specifications
• Lead project teams, directing technical resources to meet project needs

• Perform software testing and QA, produce reports
• Develop training materials with Training Division
• Ensure data accuracy and timely communication with users
