Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python and related tools.
• Experience supporting technology or business improvement projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to Business Systems Analysts, sharing expertise, providing feedback and helping elevate team capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define objectives and deliver reporting, workflow and system enhancements.
