Uline, based in Pleasant Prairie, WI, seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to act as the IT and analytical liaison to the Finance team, driving automation, process improvements and enhanced reporting.

You will apply advanced critical thinking to solve complex challenges and deliver scalable solutions across our growing North American company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Business or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA and Python for automation.
• Experience supporting technology or business improvement projects.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Mentor and lead Business Systems Analysts on the team.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver reporting, workflow and system enhancements.
• Review designs, requirements, documentation and tests to ensure fit to business goals.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process improvement and automation initiatives, identifying opportunities and delivering solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.

• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to Business Systems Analysts, sharing expertise, providing feedback and helping elevate team capabilities.

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, define objectives and deliver reporting, workflow and system enhancements.

• Review solution designs, requirements, documentation and testing results to ensure solutions meet business needs and project goals.

• Tackle complex business and system challenges, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions with minimal disruption to operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Finance or related field.

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst or a related role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using programming languages and automation tools such as VBA, Python and similar technologies.

• Experience supporting technology or business improvement projects.

• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
