Job summary

Uline, North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Solution Analyst in Pleasant Prairie, WI to partner with business and IT teams, understand needs and shape effective technical solutions.

You will analyze processes, translate requirements into specifications, coordinate development and testing, and drive improvements to user experiences across our growing North American company, with on-site work and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development.
• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
