Job summary

Uline’s Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to help enhance Finance processes and reporting solutions, ensuring efficient operations and data-driven decisions. You will partner with Uline’s Finance teams on key projects to support our growing company.

In this on-site role, you will manage process automation, investigate issues, test department software, and collaborate to deliver solutions that meet project requirements and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/DS/BA/Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL; VBA or Python experience.
• Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Experience in B2B environment is an asset.

Position Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SQL, with experience using VBA, Python or other programming languages. Working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and recommend workflow enhancements.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) environment is an asset.
• Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills.
