Uline is seeking a Solution Analyst to partner with business and IT teams, understand needs, and shape effective technical solutions. You will analyze processes and systems to improve user experiences across our North American company, which operates primarily on-site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development or equivalent.
• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of technical solutions by partnering with business and IT teams to understand needs and develop effective solutions.
• Analyze and document business processes, underlying systems and applications to identify improvements and develop best practices.
• Translate business needs and requirements into solution specifications, process flows, mock-ups and wireframes.
• Coordinate solution development, system testing and implementation activities to support successful project delivery.
