Job summary

Uline is seeking a Solution Analyst to partner with business and IT teams to understand needs and shape effective technical solutions. Based at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, you will apply analytical and problem-solving skills to improve processes, systems and user experiences across our North American company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role.
• 4+ years of IT experience with exposure to application development; AI tools experience is a plus.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience using AI tools to support application development is a plus.
