Job summary
Experis Technology Group is looking for a Senior Insurance Business Analyst in Cary, North Carolina. This role focuses on the Retail Life Insurance sector, requiring strong analytical skills to translate complex insurance needs into clear business requirements.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in Retail Life Insurance, especially Term Life, Whole Life, UL, and VUL.
- Actuarial domain expertise including pricing, reserves, and regulatory reporting.
- Experience working with actuarial teams and conducting risk analysis.
- Skills in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD development, and process mapping.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Retail Life Insurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business solutions.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support product development including pricing and reserve calculations.
- Facilitate workshops and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
