Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
• 8 years data and analytics experience in a complex financial services organization.
• 3 years of people leadership experience in building, managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience collaborating with key resources and stakeholders, influencing decisions and managing work to achieve strategic goals.
• Strong business acumen in measuring business outcomes, operations, industry practices and trends.
• Experience leading projects using Agile methodologies.
• Experience conducting moderately large scale data and analytics initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads and collaborates on strategic, tactical, operational, and financial responsibilities related to data storage, preparation, exploration, governance, analytics, and delivery.
• Oversees strategy and delivery of information and analytics platforms to key stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
• Executes end-to-end information management, analytics and delivery processes.
• Evaluates industry trends and integrates best practices into processes, technology and strategic plans.
• Provides thought leadership on data architecture decisions and evolving industry standards.
• Leads data reporting to identify opportunities and promotes self-service analytics.
• Contributes strategic insights to senior leaders to advance functional objectives.
• Sets analytic direction aligned with business strategy and drives execution to enable business change.
• Influences innovation, prioritizes work, and manages capacity and problem resolution.
• Oversees information delivery risks and maintains understanding of processes, data, applications and findings.
