Job summary

Ryan, LLC in Plano, TX seeks a Senior Consultant, Business Solutions to partner with internal and external stakeholders, analyze processes, and design scalable, technology-enabled solutions that drive operational efficiency and client value.

You will conduct detailed requirements analysis, process design, data evaluation, solution configuration, testing, and documentation to support successful delivery of business and technology initiatives, while mentoring teammates and contributing to delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of three years in consulting, business analysis, or related fields.
• Experience translating requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive team experience through collaboration, accountability, and professional conduct.
• Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to junior team members.
• Review work products for accuracy and quality.
• Interface with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate requirements into specifications.
• Develop and deliver client documentation, reports, and presentations.
• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and improvements.
• Configure, implement, test, and support business solutions.
