Job summary

Encore Capital Group in the United States is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to drive the strategic direction of the organization’s systems, processes, and procedures. You will lead research, design, document, and modify requirements to support organizational goals and ensure alignment with strategy.

You will partner with business and technical teams across all delivery phases, develop documentation, manage the Engage backlog, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Business Architect or in a similar IT role.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with both the business and the technical team to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of delivery.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Support the Engage product backlog with prioritization, refinement and elaboration of stories, features and epics.
• Analyze and identify the need for new processes to keep systems efficient and effective.
• Research standard methodologies and communicate policies to business teams and teammates.
• Participate in design and solutioning sessions to align platform capabilities to business requirements.
