Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to develop deliverables across all phases from requirements to UAT.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
• Support maintenance and elaboration of the Engage product backlog with prioritization and refinement of stories and epics.
• Analyze and implement process improvements based on data analysis.
