Midland Credit Management is seeking a Senior Business Solutions Analyst to drive the strategic direction of our systems, processes, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals. You will lead requirements, design, and documentation to support business objectives and ensure proposed solutions fit the overall strategy.

The role requires 5+ years in a related IT role, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and with teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years as a Business Architect or in a similar IT role.

Responsibilities

Partner with business and technical teams to deliver high quality artefacts across all delivery phases.
Develop and maintain system documentation and process flow diagrams.
Support Engage product backlog including prioritization and refinement of stories and epics.
Analyze and identify need for new processes to drive efficient systems.
