Job summary

You will evaluate technical solutions, suggest process/design improvements, and use MS Visio to model workflows. Strong SQL skills to validate back-end data are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technical systems analysts to gather and analyze requirements for complex projects
• Develop and document BRD, SRS, business rules, traceability matrices, and workflow diagrams
• Analyze and bridge gaps between legacy, cloud, and custom platforms
• Query and validate back-end data via SQL to identify defects or anomalies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve design specification issues and propose improvements
