Empower Retirement is seeking a Principal Business Systems Analyst to lead complex process analysis and drive solutions that improve efficiency across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data, and produce comprehensive system documentation, while aligning business needs with technology strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading business systems analysis.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.
• Strong communication with stakeholders to bridge business and tech.
• Proficiency in collecting and managing system requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to gather and document requirements for software projects.
