Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong current business network; active involvement in community organizations such as Chambers of Commerce, non-profit boards.
• Demonstrates strong tactical business development and negotiation skills; self-directed and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~40 business clients and ~60 prospects with annual revenue >$3MM; manage deposits, cash management, and credit opportunities up to $15MM.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by providing tailored banking solutions to client needs.
• Grow portfolio by pursuing new clients through referrals and centers of influence; build cross-functional partnerships within Chase.
• Develop relationships with clients, prospects, and centers of influence via in-person/virtual calls; understand personal financial goals and connect to appropriate products.
• Partner with product specialists to onboard new accounts and deliver end-to-end services while maintaining risk controls.
