Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending.
• Strong current business network; active involvement in community organizations such as Chambers of Commerce, non-profit boards.
• Demonstrates strong tactical business development and negotiation skills. Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done.
• Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally.
• Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services, and knowledge of business credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of business clients and prospects with annual revenue >$3M; provide deposits, cash management and credit solutions.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by tailoring banking solutions to client needs and circumstances.
• Grow portfolio by proactively prospecting new clients and leveraging referrals to build primary banking relationships.
• Develop referral networks with internal partners to identify opportunities for all stakeholders.
• Leverage knowledge of diverse industries and markets to develop relationships and cross-sell Chase products.
• Engage with clients through in-person/virtual calls to understand needs and deliver a full financial relationship.
• Coordinate with partners to onboard new accounts and deliver end-to-end solutions. Maintain risk controls and regulatory compliance.
