Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related lending experience.
• Strong business network with community involvement such as Chambers of Commerce.
• Demonstrates tactical business development and negotiation skills; proactive and insightful.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~40 business clients and ~60 prospects with revenues >$3M.
• Provide cash management and credit solutions up to $15M; support large credit deals.
• Deliver an outstanding client experience with tailored banking solutions.
• Grow the portfolio by prospecting, referrals, and centers of influence.
• Develop internal referral networks with Private Bank, Wealth Management and others.
• Understand client needs and deliver full financial relationships across products.
• Partner with product specialists to onboard clients and deliver end-to-end service.
• Adhere to risk management protocols and regulatory requirements.
