Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Acquisition Banker within Business Banking to manage a high-touch portfolio of large business clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and strategic financial guidance.

You will prospect, acquire and deepen relationships, collaborate with Private Bank and Wealth teams, and ensure risk controls while driving new growth and client satisfaction for businesses with revenue over multi-millions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong current business network; active involvement in community organizations.
• Demonstrates strong tactical business development and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across all levels.
• Knowledge of deposit and cash management products and business credit underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of approximately 40-50 business clients and 60 prospects with annual revenue >$3M; provide deposits and credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver an outstanding experience by tailoring banking solutions to client needs.
• Grow portfolio by prospecting new clients using referrals and centers of influence.
• Develop internal referrals with Private Bank, Asset Wealth Management, Middle Market and One Chase.
