Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks a Business Relationship Manager Senior in California to manage a portfolio of large business clients (> $3MM revenue). You will drive development, deepen product use and coordinate with specialists to deliver end-to-end banking solutions.

You will build high-touch relationships, advise on deposits, cash management and credit opportunities up to $15M while maintaining risk controls and delivering an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a Business Banking Relationship Management role or related business lending experience.
• Strong network and community involvement with local organizations.
• Proactive, self-directed, and capable of navigating ambiguity to achieve results.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Acquire, retain and deepen a portfolio of ~40-50 business clients and 60 prospects; provide deposits, cash management and credit opportunities up to $15M.
• Deliver an outstanding Chase business banking experience with tailored solutions.
• Grow portfolio through proactive prospecting and leveraging referral networks.
• Develop internal partnerships to identify opportunities and deliver end-to-end banking services.
• Ensure risk controls and regulatory compliance in all client interactions.
