Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Project Management.
• 5+ yrs in Project Planning & Scheduling; ability to create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• 5+ yrs in Stakeholder Management, Risk & Issue Management
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and project management tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field

Responsibilities

• Manage each project's scope and timeline

• Manage stakeholder communication through regular updates, meetings, and expectation management
• Track project progress and performance using dashboards, reports, and key metrics
• Be the point of contact for external communications (e.g. from customers or stakeholders)
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
• Help teams implement changes effectively
• Ensure deliverables are up to quality stand
• Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
• Help build a productive environment where team members 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
