Job summary

A technology solutions company is seeking an IT Project Manager to oversee project scope and deliverables in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in project management, demonstrating sound knowledge of project life cycles and proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. Overview

Title: IT Project Manager

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: 6+ Months

Years of experience: 8-10 Years are good to pursue

Responsibilities

• Manage scope definition and assist in the scope change process
• Work to gather estimates and define detailed project plan
• Track and communicate project deliverables and due dates
• Facilitate meetings to gather status, discuss issues and resolutions
• Provide progress update to the project team, management, PMO
• Identify risks/issues and coordinate risk/issue mitigation and resolution
• Provide clear communication on deliverables, due dates, progress and risks/issues

Minimum Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of project life cycle
• Solid MS Office skills, specifically Power Point, Excel, Projects
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to identify issues and situations, drive resolution
• Experience in EBS is a plus, specifically on Indirect Procurement
