Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager to lead software implementation and business transformation initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive planning and risk management, and ensure successful delivery across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires navigating ambiguous requirements, strong communication, and the ability to guide Scrum Masters and PMs through complex projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project, Program, or Technical PM experience.
• Experience leading software implementation or custom application projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing, release management, and cutover planning.
• Experience managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Agile and Jira experience preferred.
