Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate resources across development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business teams.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones are delivered on schedule.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and blockers.
• Manage scope changes and communicate their impact on timelines and resources.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Prepare project status reports, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive-level updates.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts to manage requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, release, and production support activities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve project-level conflicts.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, schedules, and overall delivery performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve project processes and delivery efficiency.
• Support project governance, compliance, and PMO reporting requirements.
• Mentor and provide guidance to project team members.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, product owners, developers, QA, and leadership to ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong experience managing end-to-end technology projects.
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and delivery.
• Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
