You will lead discovery, design, adoption, and measurement, using automation, AI, and workflow platforms to scale operations and improve efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in business process analysis and cross-functional transformation, with strong facilitation and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business process analysis or related fields.
• Experience leading cross-functional process transformation from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Systems thinking: connect people, process, data, governance, and technology.
• Experience using workflow automation and technology to improve operations.
• Nice‑to‑have BPMN, SIPOC, Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC or similar methods.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify root causes, friction, unnecessary work, and improvement opportunities.
• Design future‑state processes and operating models that simplify work and scale across teams.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Establish repeatable standards and mechanisms that sustain improvements over time.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work via workflow automation, system integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate solutions across people, process, data, governance, and technology.
• Improve how delivery platforms are used, integrated, and standardized.
• Apply Generative and Agentic AI capabilities to practical problems.
• Partner with teams to implement new processes with influential collaboration.
• Establish measurable outcomes and demonstrate value of process improvements.
• Use data and feedback to scale successful solutions across the organization.
