The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with experience guiding cross-functional teams, translating needs into requirements, and measuring improvements in efficiency, quality, and cycle time.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business process analysis, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional process transformation from discovery through implementation and adoption.
• Strong expertise in process analysis, root-cause analysis, and requirements discovery.
• Systems thinking connecting people, process, data, governance, and technology.
• Experience using workflow automation to simplify operations.
• Ability to establish measurable outcomes and value of improvements.
• Exceptional facilitation and influencing skills with senior leaders.
