Qualifications

• 10+ years in business process analysis, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading cross-functional process transformation from discovery through adoption.
• Strong skills in process analysis, root-cause analysis, requirements discovery, future-state design.
• Systems thinking: connect people, process, data, governance, and technology.
• Experience using workflow automation to simplify operations and improve outcomes.
• Able to establish measurable outcomes and demonstrate value of improvements.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and influencing skills with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex processes to identify root causes, friction, and improvement opportunities.
• Design future-state processes and operating models that scale across teams.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, workflows, and implementation plans.
• Establish repeatable standards to sustain improvements over time.
• Identify automation and AI-enabled solutions to reduce manual work.
• Evaluate solutions across people, process, data, governance, and technology.
• Improve delivery platforms and standardization of usage.
• Apply Generative/Agentic AI to practical business problems.
• Partner with teams to implement new processes and measure adoption.
• Define meaningful success metrics and demonstrate efficiency and quality gains.
• Use data and feedback to scale solutions across the organization.
