Lead requirements gathering, solution design, implementation planning, and production support for business applications, analytics, reporting, automation, and data management solutions.
Assess business processes, operational needs, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with business SMEs and innovation teams to implement and improve technology solutions while ensuring alignment with architecture, security, compliance, and standards.
Provide input on best practices, standards, and procedures related to business applications, data management, reporting, analytics, automation, AI, and emerging technologies.
