Qualifications

- Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability.
- Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes and mapping workflows.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for intelligent automation initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to define requirements.
- Support requirements lifecycle including validation, prioritization, traceability, and change management.
- Analyze and map current-state processes and assist in defining future-state processes optimized for automation.
- Develop process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
