Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is typically required.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, validation, prioritization, and traceability.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state processes and mapping workflows.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for intelligent automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, and technical teams to define requirements.
• Support requirements lifecycle including validation, prioritization, traceability, and change management.
• Analyze and map current-state processes and assist in defining future-state processes optimized for automation.
• Develop process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
