Job summary

VTG in McLean, VA seeks a Business Process Consultant to support numerous high-visibility projects and provide front-office support. You will drive process improvements, manage multiple workstreams, and facilitate executive-level meetings, reviews, and coordination across technical teams.

Ideal candidates bring experience in system integration, requirements writing, and a track record of supporting senior leadership on fast-paced initiatives.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Experience with system integration (writing technical requirements, evaluating design docs).
• Experience supporting senior leadership and managing multiple fast-paced projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage meetings with senior leadership and working groups.
• Coordinate and facilitate project reviews; track financials, schedules, risks, and next steps.
• Maintain action tracking for project-related items and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee requirements tracking, respond to requests, and route docs to completion.
• Prepare meeting minutes, highlights, and decks; ensure proper templates and formatting.
• Edit correspondence and documentation for clarity, grammar, and conformance to guidance.
• Gather information from internal/external resources to address issues and rail against blockers.
• Support technical exchanges between experts and review milestone documentation for consistency.
• Coordinate high-level offsite sessions and manage executive calendars and logistics.
