Job summary

VT Group (VTG) in Chantilly, VA is seeking Enterprise Systems Integrator I–III to support government and program teams with integration planning, documentation, and analysis under senior supervision.

This contingent role offers progressively responsible duties across three levels, including coordinating between stakeholders, developing ICDs, and leading enterprise‑level integration efforts.

Qualifications

• 1-4 years of experience supporting IT systems or technical programs
• Basic understanding of system integration concepts
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field
• Preferred: experience with federal, DoD, or IC programs

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis and coordination of system interfaces, dependencies, and integration requirements
• Develop and maintain integration artifacts including ICDs, CONOPS inputs, and integration roadmaps
• Coordinate integration activities across multiple programs, vendors, and technical teams
• Identify and manage integration risks, issues, and dependencies
• Support system integration testing, readiness reviews, and deployment coordination
• Advise program and technical leadership on integration impacts and tradeoffs
• Mentor junior ESIs and support acquisition and source selection activities
