• Facilitate and manage meetings with senior leadership and working groups.
• Coordinate and facilitate project reviews, create briefings, track financials, schedule, risks/issues, and next steps.
• Maintain an action tracking system and ensure timely completion of actions.
• Record meeting minutes, prepare highlights and slide decks, and keep templates up to date.
• Edit correspondence for clarity and accuracy, routing to completion.
