Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise IT environments.
• Experience integrating complex, multi‑vendor, or system‑of‑systems architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise‑wide integration strategy and execution across multiple systems and programs.
• Serve as the primary integration advisor to government technical and program leadership.
• Oversee development and governance of integration standards, patterns, and interfaces.
• Identify and resolve systemic integration risks, conflicts, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration activities across Agile Release Trains, solution teams, and external partners.
• Support senior technical reviews, milestone events, and executive briefings.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level ESIs.
• Support acquisition and source selection activities with integration expertise.
