Job summary

VTG Defense in Chantilly, VA seeks an Enterprise Systems Integrator III to lead enterprise-wide integration across mission-critical environments. You will advise government and program leadership, govern integration standards, and coordinate activities across multiple teams and partners.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with Poly, a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and 10+ years in systems integration, with proven experience in complex, multi-vendor architectures and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in systems integration or enterprise IT environments.
• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Proven experience integrating complex, multivendor systems or system-of-systems architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprisewide integration strategy and execution across multiple systems and programs.
• Serve as the primary integration advisor to government technical and program leadership.
• Oversee development and governance of integration standards, patterns, and interfaces.
• Identify and resolve systemic integration risks, conflicts, and dependencies.
• Coordinate integration activities across Agile Release Trains, solution teams, and external partners.
• Mentor junior and midlevel ESIs.
• Support acquisition and source selection activities with integration expertise.
