Job summary
Guidehouse seeks a Junior Business Analyst to support business process discovery, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, and requirements gathering across multiple Agile workstreams in the Washington DC area and Tyson's Corner, VA offices.
You will assist senior analysts in documenting current-state and future-state processes, capture business rules, and identify opportunities for process improvement while supporting sprint planning and backlog development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- Two or more years of business analysis or process improvement experience.
- Knowledge of requirements elicitation techniques and process modeling.
Responsibilities
- Support business process discovery, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering.
- Develop As-Is and To-Be process documentation and maps.
- Assist with sprint planning and backlog development activities.
- Document roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and pain points.
- Maintain project repositories and process documentation.
- Support executive briefing development and meeting preparation.
